Lowongan Kerja - Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all accounting functions; general accounting, cost accounting, consolidation, cash management and budget monitoring.
- Ensure internal control and compliance with all local accounting, tax, statutory requirements as well as corporate policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance with MBA is highly desirable
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial position
- Exposure and experience in the oil palm industry is a plus
- Exposure from Public Accounting firm is an advantage
- Proficient in SAP is a plus
- Result and detail oriented, along with strong analytical skill

Lowongan Kerja - Business Development & Strategic Planning Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist Business Development and Strategic Planning Department in screening and executing potential acquisition, divestment or JV.
- Conduct commercial/operational due diligence on certain industry
- Keeping up with global economic conditions
- Financial modeling, proficient with Excel & Power Point
- Present findings and analysis to management in clear and concise manner
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience with multinational corporation and/or consulting/advisory firm
- At least 3 years of business/financial analysis
- Must be a degree holder from top local (UI, ITB, etc) or overseas university with minimum 3.2 GPA/IPK
